Customer information
You are responsible for the accuracy of information, links, and media submitted for your profile or product.
Ongoing basic access
Your VividWisp SMART™ card and profile include fair-use access to their basic features — your card, profile, QR code and core connection tools — for as long as your service remains active. This is a service commitment, not a lifetime guarantee: it does not promise any minimum hosting duration, and features may be improved, updated or retired over time as the service evolves.
Orders and approvals
Product scope, price, production timing, and fulfillment terms are confirmed before an order becomes binding.
Availability and changes
Digital services may change as we improve security and functionality. Contact us if you need help with an active product.
