Acceptable Use Policy

What VividWisp SMART profiles may and may not be used for, and how reports of misuse are reviewed.

Use it for real business

SMART profiles are for presenting accurate information about you and your business so people can contact you.

Not allowed

Impersonating another person or business, misleading or fraudulent offers, harassment, spam, malicious or deceptive links, unlawful content, or content you do not have the right to publish.

Messages and leads

People who share their details through Connect With Me have asked you to respond to their request. That is not permission to add them to marketing lists or send bulk promotional messages.

Sensitive information

Do not use a SMART profile or Connect With Me to collect health, financial account, government ID or other sensitive information.

Reports and review

Anyone can report a profile. Reports are reviewed by VividWisp. A profile may be paused or suspended after review; a single report does not automatically suspend a profile.
